摘 要:目的了解MRSA感染与不同炎症指标的关系。方法选取2018年1月-2019年12月就诊于绵阳市中心医院所有感染MRSA,且均进行血液分析、PCT和CRP检测的病人作为MRSA组,体检科正常体检者作为健康对照组。MRSA组有311例,其中男210例,女101例;健康对照组有446例,其中男202例,女244例。MRSA组中又包括161例呼吸道标本和150例非呼吸道类型标本。结果两组实验数据一般资料和淋巴细胞绝对值(LYM#)无统计学意义(P>0.05),炎症指标白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞绝对值(NEU#)、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、降钙素(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MRSA感染炎症指标会不同程度升高,建议临床医生在排除定植感染的情况下,及时关注炎症指标以及再次送检微生物标本,或可通过其他高敏感性病菌核酸检测等手段,以明确感染细菌。Objective To understand the relationship between MRSA infection and different inflammatory markers.Methods Select all MRSA infections who visited Mianyang Central Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019,and conduct blood analysis patients who underwent PCT and CRP testing were selected as the MRSA group,while patients who underwent normal physical examination in the physical examination department were selected as the control group.311 cases were divided into MRSA case groups,including 210 males and 101 females;there are 446 healthy control groups,including 202 males and 244 females.The MRSA case group includes 161 respiratory specimens and 150 other types of specimens.Results There was no statistically significant difference in general information and lymphocyte absolute value(LYM#)between the two experimental groups(P>0.05).Inflammatory indicators such as white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil absolute value(NEU#),neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR),calcitonin(PCT)C-reactive protein(CRP)showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Inflammatory markers of MRSA infection will increase to varying degrees.It is recommended that clinical doctors,while excluding colonization infections,pay attention to inflammatory markers in a timely manner and resubmit microbial samples,or use other highly sensitive bacterial nucleic acid testing methods to identify the infected bacteria.
