生物全息耳穴压籽疗法对肺恶性肿瘤心脾两虚型失眠患者的护理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨生物全息理论指导下耳穴压籽疗法在改善肺恶性肿瘤心脾两虚型患者失眠症状护理中的应用效果。方法选取昆明市中医医院在2022年10月-2023年3月期间收治的80例肺恶性肿瘤不寐患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其均分为实验组和对照组,对照组(n=40)采用常规护理+归脾胶囊治疗措施,实验组(n=40)则在对照组基础上采用生物全息耳穴压籽疗法措施。比较两组治疗前后PSQI评分、SAS评分以及护理总有效率情况。结果治疗前,两组在PSQI评分、SAS评分方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周后,实验组PSQI评分、SAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在生物全息理论指导下,耳穴压籽疗法应用于肺恶性肿瘤心脾两虚型患者的失眠护理中,能够显著增强治疗效果,有效改善患者失眠症状,促进睡眠质量提升,并提高患者护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of auricular seed-pressing therapy guided by bio-holographic theory in improving insomnia symptoms in patients with lung cancer of deficiency of both heart and spleen syndrome.Methods Eighty patients with insomnia due to lung cancer treated in Kunming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were equally divided into the experimental group and the control group using a random number table method.The control group(n=40)received routine nursing care plus Guipi Capsules,while the experimental group(n=40)received auricular seedpressing therapy guided by bio-holographic theory on the basis of the control group.The PSQI scores,SAS scores,and total effective rate of nursing care were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in PSQI scores and SAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Two weeks after treatment,the PSQI scores and SAS scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guided by bio-holographic theory,auricular seed-pressing therapy applied in the nursing care of insomnia in patients with lung cancer of deficiency of both heart and spleen syndrome can significantly enhance the treatment effect,effectively improve insomnia symptoms,promote the improvement of sleep quality,and enhance patient satisfaction with nursing care.
