摘　　要：目的探究高度近视白内障超声乳化手术患者的围手术期护理效果。方法选择2023年3月-2024年4月期间到贵州医科大学附属医院接受治疗的80例高度近视白内障超声乳化手术患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分成两组,每组各40例,对照组接受常规护理,实验组接受围手术期护理,观察两组患者的情况。结果两组进行对比,实验组视力恢复情况、心理状态、并发症发生率好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高度近视白内障超声乳化手术患者采用围手术期护理,可有效改善患者的不良心理状态,降低并发症发生率,促进视力恢复,因此值得在临床中推广和使用。Objective To explore the application of perioperative nursing care for high myopia cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification surgery.Methods 80 patients with high myopia who underwent phacoemulsification surgery in our hospital from March 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group received routine care,while the experimental group received perioperative care.The condition of the two groups of patients was observed.Results Comparing the two groups,the experimental group showed better visual recovery,psychological state,and incidence of complications compared to the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative care for patients undergoing high myopia cataract phacoemulsification surgery can effectively improve their psychological state,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote visual recovery.Therefore,it is worth promoting and using in clinical practice.
