四脑室-蛛网膜下腔分流术结合围手术期护理治疗复发性、特发性脊髓空洞症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析复发性与特发性脊髓空洞症患者应用四脑室-蛛网膜下腔分流术结合围手术期护理治疗的临床效果。方法选择2022年1月-2023年12月期间在天津市环湖医院接受治疗与护理的复发性、特发性脊髓空洞症患者32例为观察对象,所有患者在入院后均接受四脑室-蛛网膜下腔分流术结合围手术期护理治疗,对比分析患者的治疗效果。在手术治疗前七天与手术治疗后六个月评估患者的神经功能、脊髓空洞直径、脑脊液循环情况和治疗预后情况等。结果患者在手术后的神经功能评分显著高于手术治疗前并且脊髓空洞直径显著降低,同时患者的影像学指标与脑脊液循环情况改善较为明显,预后情况优良(P<0.05)。结论四脑室-蛛网膜下腔分流术结合围手术期护理治疗复发性、特发性脊髓空洞症疗效确切,可缓解患者的临床症状,促进神经功能与脑脊液循环情况的改善,并且预后质量相对较高。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of quadriventricular subarachnoid shunt combined with perioperative nursing in patients with recurrent and idiopathic syringomyelia.Methods In this study,32 patients with recurrent and idiopathic syringomyelia who received treatment and nursing in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected.All patients received quadriventricular subarachnoid shunt combined with perioperative nursing treatment after admission,and the therapeutic effect of the patients was compared and analyzed.Neurological function,syringomyelic diameter,cerebrospinal fluid circulation,and prognosis were evaluated 7 days before and 6 months after surgery.Results The neurological function score of the patient after surgery was significantly higher than that before surgery,and the diameter of syringomyelia was significantly reduced.Meanwhile,the imaging indexes and cerebrospinal fluid circulation of the patient were significantly improved,and the prognosis was good(P<0.05).Conclusion Fourventricle subarachnoid shunt combined with perioperative nursing is effective in the treatment of recurrent and idiopathic syringomyelia,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,promote the improvement of neurological function and cerebrospinal fluid circulation,and the prognosis is relatively high.
