前列舒通胶囊联合非那雄胺对老年良性前列腺增生合并前列腺炎患者尿动力学参数、尿潴留及血清炎症因子的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨前列舒通胶囊及非那雄胺的联合用药方法,对于治疗良性前列腺增生合并前列腺炎的老年男性患者的效果及其对患者的尿动力学参数、尿潴留及血清炎症因子的影响。方法前瞻性选取110例2023年1月-2024年1月丰城市人民医院收治的良性前列腺增生合并前列腺炎的老年男性患者,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各55例。对照组在常规治疗基础上加用非那雄胺片口服治疗,观察组在此基础上加用前列疏通胶囊口服,两组均治疗3个月。比较两组治疗前后的尿动力学参数[最大尿流率(Q_(max))、平均尿流率(Q_(ave))、残余尿量(RUV)]及血清炎症因子[白介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平。比较两组临床疗效、尿潴留发生率及不良反应发生情况。结果两组治疗前的Q_(max)、Q_(ave)、RUV、血清IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平差异不显著(均P>0.05)。治疗后,两组Q_(max)、Q_(ave)均升高,且相较于对照组,观察组增幅更大(均P<0.05);两组RUV及血清IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。相较于对照组,观察组临床总有效率更高(P<0.05)。观察组患者尿潴留发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论前列舒通胶囊及非那雄胺的联合用药方法治疗良性前列腺增生合并前列腺炎的老年男性患者效果良好,可有效改善患者的尿动力学参数,缓解尿潴留的发生率,并降低血清炎症因子水平。Objective To explore the effects of Qianlie Shutong capsule combined with finasteride on urodynamic parameters,urinary retention and serum inflammatory factor in elderly male patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia combined with prostatitis.Methods 110 cases of elderly male benign prostatic hyperplasia combined with prostatitis patients admitted to Fengcheng City People’s Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and separated into observation group and control group,each with 55 cases.The control group was treated with finasteride tablets orally on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Qianlie Shutong capsule orally on the basis of conventional treatment,and both groups were treated for 3 months.Compare the urodynamic parameters[maximum urinary flow rate(Q_(max)),average urinary flow rate(Q_(ave)),residual urine volume(RUV)],and serum inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),and C-reactive protein(CRP)tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]before and after the treatment in the two groups.The clinical efficacy,incidence of urinary retention and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Comparison of Q_(max),Q_(ave),RUV,serum IL-6,CRP,and TNF-αlevels between the two groups before treatment showed no statistically significant differences(all P>0.05).After treatment,Q_(max) and Q_(ave) increased in both groups,and observation group was higher than control group(all P<0.05);RUV and serum IL-6,CRP,TNF-αlevels decreased in both groups,and observation group was lower than control group(all P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate was higher in observation group than in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of urinary retention in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse was not significantly different when compared in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined medication method of Qianlie Shutong capsule and finasteride is effective in treating elderly male people with benign prostatic hyperplas
