摘 要:立足于新发展格局和数字乡村的时代背景,深入挖掘农村地区的消费潜力,加速推动农村家庭消费升级具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文基于2020年数字乡村指数和中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)的匹配数据,实证检验了数字乡村发展对农村家庭消费升级的影响。结果表明:(1)数字乡村发展促进了消费总量提升和消费结构优化,从而实现农村家庭消费升级。(2)数字乡村发展通过人力资本赋能效应和数字金融赋能效应,同步提升消费主体动力和消费客体水平,加速农村家庭消费升级。(3)异质性分析表明,数字乡村发展对女性、青年户主家庭消费的促进作用更强,基础设施数字化和乡村经济数字化发展对农村家庭消费升级的影响最大。(4)数字乡村发展对较高学历户主家庭的消费升级的正向作用更大,凸显基础型人力资本的“内部增益效应”。(5)数字乡村发展对农村家庭消费的影响遵循“基础生存—发展享乐”的递进规律,即使处于不同消费水平,数字乡村发展的消费升级作用依旧显著。因此,要深入推进数字乡村建设,以数字乡村红利强化农村家庭消费升级动力,助推我国经济高质量发展。Based on the new development pattern and the era background of digital countryside,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to deeply tap the consumption potential of rural areas and accelerate the upgrading of rural household consumption.Based on the matching data of Digital Rural Index and China Household Tracking Survey(CFPS),this paper empirically tests the impact of digital rural development on rural household consumption upgrading.The results show that:(1)the development of digital countryside promotes the increase of total consumption and the optimization of consumption structure,so as to realize the upgrading of rural household consumption.(2)Through the empowering effect of human capital and the empowering effect of digital finance,the development of digital countryside can simultaneously improve the power of consumer subjects and the level of consumer objects,and accelerate the upgrading of rural household consumption.(3)Heterogeneity analysis shows that digital rural development plays a stronger role in the consumption of female and youth headed households,and the digitalization of infrastructure and the digitalization of rural economy have the greatest impact on the upgrading of rural household consumption.(4)The development of digital countryside has a greater positive effect on the consumption upgrading of higher-educated households,highlighting the“internal gain effect”of basic human capital.(5)The impact of digital rural development on rural household consumption follows the progressive rule of“basic survival-development and enjoyment”.Even at different consumption levels,the consumption upgrading effect of digital rural development is still significant.Therefore,it is necessary to further promote the construction of digital countryside,strengthen the upgrading power of rural household consumption with the dividend of digital countryside,and boost the high-quality development of China’seconomy.
