摘　　要：阐述通过对案例中的区域光资源分布情况、项目选址的分析,探讨新能源光伏发电站项目的技术方案规划,并针对项目管理中的问题及原因,提出项目全过程建设管理的措施。This paper expounds the analysis of the distribution of regional light resources and project site selection in the case,explores the technical scheme planning of new energy photovoltaic power station projects,and proposes measures for the construction and management of the entire project process based on the problems and reasons in project management.
