摘　　要：阐述应急救援大数据应用服务平台的设计。在平台基础设施建设方面,打造集约共享数字底座、完善消防感知网络建设。在“智慧消防”能力中台建设方面,包括提升消防救援数据共享汇聚能力、开展消防数据治理提质工程。并从构建数据开放生态、建设消防信用体系、创新消防监管模式、建立智能指挥平台、建设无人训战平台、创建移动办公平台方面,探讨消防救援多维时空应用系统的建设。This paper expounds the design of an emergency rescue big data application service platform.In terms of platform infrastructure construction,it creates an intensive shared digital base and improves the construction of fire perception network.In terms of the construction of the"smart fire"capability platform,it includes enhancing the ability to share and aggregate fire rescue data,and carrying out fire data governance and quality improvement projects.It explores the construction of a multi-dimensional spatiotemporal application system for fire rescue from the aspects of building a data open ecosystem,establishing a fire credit system,innovating fire supervision models,establishing an intelligent command platform,building an unmanned training and combat platform,and creating a mobile office platform.
