摘 要:目的调查分析海船船员听力损失情况,为航海职业防治噪声性耳聋提供参考依据。方法从某大型海船随机选取636名船员进行纯音听阈检查,分析听力损失情况并与同类研究结果进行比较。结果海船船员的听力损失检出率为22.33%(142/636),高频听力损失的检出率高于语频听力损失,不同频率下听力损失程度差异无统计学意义(H=91.056,P>0.05);船员听力损失检出率低于以往海船船员的听力调查结果,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论海船船员的听力损失情况得到改善,但噪声对船员听力的损害依然存在,建议有关部门采取多项措施预防船员发生噪声性耳聋。ObjectiveTo investigate and analyze the hearing loss of seafarers,and provide a point of reference for the prevention and treatment of noise-induced hearing loss(NIHL)in marine occupations.MethodsA total of 636 seafarers were randomly selected from a large sea-going ship for pure-tone audiometry testing to analyze hearing loss and compare the results of similar researches.ResultsThe detection rate of hearing loss among the seafarers was 22.33%(142/636).The detection rate of hearing loss at the high-frequency was higher than that of the hearing loss at speech frequency,and there was no statistical significant difference in the severity of hearing loss at different frequencies(H=91.056,P>0.05).The detection rate of hearing loss among the seafarers was lower than previous seafarers survey results(P>0.05).ConclusionThe hearing loss of seafarers has been improved,but noise damage to the crew’s hearing still exists.It is recommended that relevant departments take multiple measures to prevent NIHL among seafarers.
