摘  要:目的探讨基于MOOC平台对海军舰艇军医开展口腔医学任职培训的效果。方法将40名海军舰艇及岛礁基地非口腔专业军医及卫生士官随机分成2组,每组20人。教学内容为口腔黏膜病学(共2学时),对照组采用以教师讲授、学生听课为主的传统教学模式,研究组通过MOOC平台进行线上教学,比较2组学员完成相应课程后的考核成绩,并通过问卷调查学员对不同教学方式学习效果的主观评价。结果研究组理论考试成绩[(84.22±3.36)分]优于对照组[(72.67±3.85)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);且高分段人数的比例明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005)。问卷调查结果表明,研究组对MOOC平台教学法“提高了自主学习能力和兴趣”以及“学习氛围轻松、学习时间灵活”的认可度高于对照组对传统教学模式的认可度,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论基于MOOC平台教学方法可显著提高口腔医学的教学效果,提升非口腔专业舰艇军医对口腔黏膜病的学习自主性和学习质量,且教学方式灵活机动,值得在海军舰艇军医任职培训中推广应用。ObjectiveTo evaluate the effectiveness of post-related training on stomatology based on MOOC platform in naval warship medical officer.MethodsForty non-dental professional military medical officers and medical non-conmissioned officers from naval warships and bases on islands and reefs were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into two groups of 20.The content of teaching was oral mucosal diseases(two teaching hours).The control group used the traditional teaching method,while the experimental group adopted online teaching method based on MOOC platform.After completing the study,the assessment scores of the two groups were compared and the trainees’subjective evaluation of the learning outcomes of different teaching approaches were surveyed by a questionnaire.ResultsThe assessment scores of the experimental group(84.22±3.36)were significantly better than those of the control group(72.67±3.85),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the number of trainees with high scores in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group with a statistically signifant difference(P=0.005);the results of the questionnaire survey showed that the approval levels of teaching based on MOOC platform can“improve the independent learning ability and interest of the trainees”and“provide relaxing learning atmosphere and flexible learning time”in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).ConclusionThe teaching based on MOOC platform can significantly improve the effectiveness of teaching stomatology,improve the non-stomatology specialized naval warship medical officers’learning autonomy and learning quality on the subject of oral mucosal diseases with flexible learning time,which is worth of being popularized and applied in the post-related training of naval warship medical officers.
