摘　　要：锁骨手术是手术室中常见的手术类型,全麻或神经阻滞均能满足手术需要。锁胸筋膜平面阻滞(CPB)是一种用于锁骨区域手术的新型阻滞技术,该技术操作简便、麻醉/镇痛效果确切,可避免膈神经麻痹和上肢运动功能阻滞,尤其适用于心肺功能受损、双侧锁骨骨折等患者。文章就锁骨的神经支配,锁骨手术常用麻醉方式,CPB的操作步骤、阻滞机制、临床应用及目前存在的不足等进行综述,以期为临床应用提供参考。Clavicle surgery is a common type of surgery in the operating room.Either general anesthesia or nerve blocking an⁃esthesia can be used to meet the anesthesia requirement of the operation.Clavipectoral fascial plane block(CPB)is a new block tech⁃nique for clavicle region surgery.This technique is easy to perform,with clear anesthesia/analgesia effect.Since it avoids phrenic nerve paralysis and upper limb motor function block,it is especially suitable for patients who suffer impaired cardiopulmonary func⁃tion or bilateral clavicle fracture.This review summarizes the innervation of the clavicle,common anesthesia methods for clavicle sur⁃gery,and the operation steps,block mechanism,clinical application and current shortcomings of CPB to provide a reference for clini⁃cal application.
