摘 要:三甲胺N-氧化物(TMAO)是一种常见的肠道菌群代谢产物,血浆TMAO水平与中枢认知障碍相关疾病有着较强的相关性,在阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、老年相关性痴呆、围手术期神经认知障碍等多种疾病中均有升高的趋势,可以作为认知障碍相关疾病的预测因子。文章综述了既往关于TMAO与认知障碍相关疾病的临床研究与基础研究,概括了TMAO在其中发挥作用的可能机制,以期为认知障碍相关疾病的防治提供新的思路与参考。Trimethylamine N-oxide(TMAO)is a metabolite commonly produced by intestinal flora.Elevated levels of TMAO in plasma have been strongly associated with central cognitive impairment-related diseases such as Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease,age-related cognitive decline,and perioperative neurocognitive disorders.TMAO has shown potential as a predictive marker for cognitive impairment-related diseases.This review aims to summarize previous clinical and basic research on TMAO and its connec-tion to cognitive impairment-related diseases.Additionally,it will explore the potential mechanisms through which TMAO influences these diseases,offering new insights and references for the prevention and treatment of cognitive impairment-related diseases.
