摘  要:本文以紫外分光光度计为例对水中氨氮的测定方法进行研究,过程中通过优化测试条件、分析光谱特性,提出了基于紫外分光光度法的氨氮测定新方案,不仅提高了检测精度,还简化了操作流程,为环境监测领域提供了有效的技术支持,以期望为相关水质监测人员及工程项目提供实用的参考。The UV spectrophotometer was taking as an example to investigates the determination method of ammonia nitrogen in water.By optimizing the testing conditions and analyzing the spectral characteristics,a new scheme for ammonia nitrogen determination based on UV spectrophotometry was proposed.This scheme not only improves the detection accuracy but also simplifies the operation process,providing effective technical support for the field of environmental monitoring and also practical reference for relevant water quality monitoring personnel and engineering projects.
