摘　　要：城市客车的承载结构为型材焊接桁架结构,由于接头特殊性及接头数量较多,在实际生产过程中需按ISO 3834指导作业,但同时又与该标准存在一定差异。本文主要介绍客车按ISO 3834实施焊接时遇到的难点及解决措施。The bearing structure of the city bus is the truss structure with section bars welding.Due to the special characteristics and the larger number of joints,the actual production processes need to be by ISO 3834 guidance operations.There are still some differences between the actual production processes and the standard.This paper mainly introduces the difficulties encountered in the implementation of welding according to ISO 3834 and the solutions.
