摘　　要：人口流动与产业发展密切配合,带来了改革开放以来的巨大人口红利等经济利益.随着我国城镇化率的不断提高,人口纵向流动将会成为城市经济高质量发展的重要推动力量,也成为城市高质量发展的重要体现和人口特征.在中国社会现代化进程中,人口纵向流动和城市高质量发展的互动机制显著增强,城镇高质量发展首先要推进人口的纵向流动,畅通社会向上流动通道、提高市民劳动者的平均受教育年限、推进城市整体职业化教育、促进人力资本与产业的匹配,不断调整优化人口纵向流动所需的制度支持.通过城市人口纵向流动促进中等收入群体的大范围扩展和经济社会地位的显著提升,实现人人向上的人口纵向流动下的城市高质量发展的共同富裕.The close coordination between population flow and industrial development has brought about great economic benefits such as demographic dividend since the reform and opening-up.With the improvement of China’s urbanization rate,the longitudinal population flow will become an important driving force for the high-quality development of urban economy,and it will also become an important manifestation and demographic characteristics of the high-quality development of cities.In the process of China’s social modernization,the interaction mechanism between the longitudinal population flow and the urban high-quality development has been significantly enhanced.Therefore,in order to promote the urban high-quality development,we should promote the longitudinal population flow,unblock the social upflow channel,increase the average number of years of education for urban laborers,promote the overall vocational education to improve the matching between human capital and industry,and constantly optimize the institutional support for the longitudinal population flow.The longitudinal flow of urban population can promote the large-scale expansion of middle-income groups and the significant improvement of economic and social status,so as to fulfill the common prosperity of urban high-quality development.
