摘 要:针对高职院校专业认知教育范围局限于本专业、认知内容缺少体系化设计、认知数字化资源缺乏,不能较好地满足个性化人才培养模式下学生跨专业选择班级或课程的问题,提出以岗位、项目、课程为基本要素构建内在联动的“三维”专业认知资源体系,在此基础上,参照马斯洛关于人的需求层次理论构建专业认知需求层次模型,以“多元协同、虚实联动、立体呈现、交叉融合、价值引领”数字化专业认知资源开发理念为指引建设全方位、立体化、一站式专业认知资源库,赋能学生自主开展专业认知活动、找准专业定位,推进个性化人才的精准培养。In response to the limitation of the scope of professional cognitive education in vocational colleges to their own majors,the lack of systematic design of cognitive content,and the lack of digital cognitive resources,which cannot better meet the problem of students choosing classes or courses across majors under the personalized talent cultivation mode,it is proposed to construct a“three-dimensional”professional cognitive resource system with positions,projects,and courses as the basic elements to build an internal linkage,guided by the concept of“multiple collaboration,virtual and real linkage,three-dimensional presentation,cross integration,and value guidance”,to build a comprehensive,three-dimensional,and one-stop professional cognitive resource library,empowering students to independently carry out professional cognition and positioning,and promoting the precise cultivation of personalized talents.
