品管圈在改进手术患者预防性抗菌药物使用时机的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈在改进手术患者预防性抗菌药物使用时机的应用效果。方法选取2023年01月~2023年06月开展QCC活动前的872例预防性使用抗菌药物的手术患者作为对照组,2023年07月~2023年12月开展QCC活动后的838例预防性使用抗菌药物的手术患者为作为观察组,比较2组手术患者预防性使用抗菌药物时机的正确率及手术部位感染发生率。结果实施品管圈活动后,手术患者预防性使用抗菌药物使用时机的正确率由40.83%上升至80.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);手术部位感染发生率也由1.49%降至0.48%,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.035)。同时圈员的品管手法、解决问题的能力及积极感等方面均有明显提高。结论品管圈活动增强了医护人员规范使用预防性抗菌药物的意识,有效提高了手术患者预防性抗菌药物使用时机的正确率。Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle in improving the timing of prophylactic antibacterial drug use in surgical patients.Methods From January 2023 to June 2023,872 surgical patients with prophylactic use of antibiotics were selected as the control group before the implementation of the QCC activities.From July 2023 to November 2023,838 surgical patients with prophylactic use of antibiotics were selected as the observation group after the implementation of the QCC activities.The correct rate of the timing of prophylactic use of antibiotics and the incidence of surgical site infection were compared between the two groups to evaluate the effect of the QCC activities.Results After the implementation of the QCC activities,the correct rate of the timing of prophylactic use of antibiotics increased from 40.83%to 80.67%(P<0.001),and the incidence of surgical site infection decreased from 1.49%to 0.48%(P=0.035).At the same time,the quality control skills,problem-solving ability,cohesion,pleasure,communication and cooperation ability,sense of responsibility,team spirit and positive sense of the circle members are positively improved.Conclusion The quality control circle activities have enhanced the awareness of medical staff to use prophylactic antibiotics in a standardized manner,effectively improving the accuracy of the timing of prophylactic antibiotic use for surgical patients.
