摘 要:为促进小直径盾构隧道工程的技术发展,围绕小直径盾构隧道的工程实践与研究现状,从技术特点、力学特性、隧道设计、施工技术等方面对小直径盾构隧道进行了系统梳理。首先,从小直径盾构隧道受到制约的各种条件入手,提炼了其技术特点,并提出未来的发展方向;其次,调研了国内外相关研究成果,初步明确了小直径盾构隧道的力学特性,并指出在设计与施工过程中需重点关注的问题;接着,根据现有小直径盾构隧道的设计思路,阐述了现有设计存在的不足;最后,简述了现有小直径盾构隧道的施工技术,对比分析了小直径盾构隧道与一般直径盾构隧道的异同,指出未来仍需大量研究以进一步探索小直径盾构隧道的变形机理。该研究可为后续类似工程提供参考。In order to promote the technological development of small diameter shield tunnel engineering,focusing on the engineering practice and research status of small diameter shield tunnels,the technical achievements was systematically reviewed from the aspects of technical characteristics,mechanical properties,tunnel design,construction technology,etc.Firstly,starting from the various conditions that constrained small diameter shield tunnels,the technical characteristics were extracted and the future development directions were proposed;Secondly,relevant research results at home and abroad were investigated to preliminarily clarify the mechanical characteristics of small diameter shield tunnels,and the key issues were pointed out that need to be focused during the design and construction process;Furthermore,based on the existing design concept,the shortcomings of the current design were elaborated;Finally,the construction technology of existing small diameter shield tunnels was briefly described,and the similarities and differences between small diameter shield tunnels and general diameter shield tunnels were compared and analyzed.It was pointed that a large amount of research is still needed to further explore the deformation mechanism of small diameter shield tunnels.This study can provide reference for similar projects in future.
