摘 要:为研究高温下曲线波形钢腹板剪切屈曲性能,采用ANSYS软件建立了曲线波形钢腹板有限元模型,在考虑材料几何初始缺陷的基础上,分析了不同温度下曲线波形钢腹板的剪切屈曲性能,并以曲线波形钢腹板厚度、高度和曲率半径作为分析参数,研究了不同影响因素下曲线波形钢腹板剪切屈曲性能随温度的变化规律。研究结果表明:曲线波形钢腹板的剪切屈曲性能随着温度的升高逐渐下降;曲线波形钢腹板厚度越大,其剪切屈曲性能越好,且其剪切屈曲性能受温度变化的影响越大;曲线波形钢腹板高度对其剪切屈曲性能影响较小,且温度越高,影响程度越小;曲线波形钢腹板曲率半径变化对其剪切屈曲性能基本没有影响,且影响程度不随温度变化而改变,基本可以忽略不计。In order to investigate the shear buckling performance of curved corrugated steel webs(CSWs) under high temperatures,a finite element model of the curved CSWs was established by the ANSYS software.Based on the consideration of the initial geometric defects of materials,the shear buckling performance of the curved CSWs were analyzed at various temperatures.Taking the thickness,height and curvature radius of CSWs as analysis parameters,the variation of shear buckling performance with temperature was studied under different influencing factors.The re-sults show that shear buckling performance of CSWs gradually decline with the increase of temperature;The more thickness of CSWs,the better the shear buckling performance,the more influence of temperature on the shear buckling performance;The height change has little effect on the shear buckling performance of curved CSWs.And the higher the temperature,the fewer the influence degree;The change of curvature radius has almost no impact on the shear buckling performance of curved CSWs,and the influence degree does not change with the temperature,which can be basically ignored.
