小组社会工作对社区老年人精神生活满意度影响研究

摘　　要：基于继续社会化理论、活动理论和小组动力理论,在某社区内开展小组社会工作,为50位低龄老年人提供为期3个月的专业服务,力求满足其对于精神、娱乐、社交等多方面需求。并分别在服务开展前一周和服务结束一个月后,对服务对象精神生活状况进行调研分析。活动总体收效良好,服务对象精神生活满意度得到有效提升,女性老年人精神生活的满意度总体高于男性,表明通过主动的社会参与活动,老年人更易获得精神上的满足。但小组工作仍存在活动内容和形式有待丰富、缺乏资金支持且服务周期较短等不足。在社会工作者层面,应加强自身能力建设,提高专业素养;在社区层面,应充分发挥其服务职能,密切关注社区内老年人精神生活状况。On the basis of continuing socialization theory,activity theory,and group dynamics theory,the social group work is carried out in a community by providing 50 younger elderly individuals with professional services of three months to meet their spiritual,recreational,and social needs.Investigations are conducted one week before and one month after the service to analyze the spiritual life of the subjects.The overall effect is good,as the spiritual life satisfaction of the recipients improves significantly.The female elderly report higher spiritual life satisfaction than their male counterparts.This indicates that active social participation makes it easier for the elderly to achieve spiritual satisfaction.However,there are still some drawbacks in group social work,such as poor content and form of activities,insufficient financial support and short service period.Therefore,social workers should improve their capacity and professional quality;communities should leverage their service functions and pay more attention to the spiritual life of the elderly within.
