共建“一带一路”生态共同体的价值意蕴与实践指向

摘　　要：建设“一带一路”生态共同体是构建人类命运共同体的重要内容。十年来,我国秉持人类命运共同体理念,推动“一带一路”生态共同体建设取得了显著成效。推进“一带一路”生态共同体建设,体现了全球生态治理的中国方案,由此展现出的治理新理念、新经验、新面貌,将助推其成长为全球生态治理的中流砥柱和未来全球治理的中坚力量,具有深刻的理论内涵与重大的现实意义。文章在分析共建“一带一路”生态共同体的价值意蕴的基础上,深入探讨了共建“一带一路”生态共同体的实践指向,具体包括:以共商共建共享的全球治理观为基本理念,以绿色发展为战略导向,以绿色金融为建设支撑,以发展全球公共生态产品为直接路径。Building the"Belt and Road"ecological community is a significant part of building a community with a shared future for mankind.Over the past decade,China has made important headway in this regard.The"Belt and Road"ecological community embodies the Chinese plan for global ecological governance,and the new concept,experience,and outlook presented here will help it grow into the mainstay and backbone of global ecological governance.It's of profound theoretical and great practical significance.On the basis of elaborating on its value implication,this paper further discusses its practical significance,with the global governance concept of extensive consultation,joint contribution and shared benefits as the basis,green development as the direction,green finance as the support,and the promotion of global public ecological products as the path.
