海外关于当代中国研究的现状与分析

摘　　要：当代中国的发展成就引起了世界的广泛关注,关于中国的发展政策、发展影响等方面的研究也吸引了众多海外学者的目光。从政治维度来说,海外学者分析了中国政治制度创新与改革的意义,研究了政府执政能力建设的效果,以及中国农村基层选举制度的影响和作用。从经济维度来说,海外学者探讨了中国的对外经济发展过程,分析了中国经济的可持续性发展问题,研究了中国的内驱型经济发展模式与中国和平发展战略之间的关系,指出了中国在全球化过程中的优势与弱点。从社会维度来看,海外学界高度评价了中国社会发展的进步与治理成效,认为中国的社会治理成就显著。从国际关系维度来看,海外学界高度肯定了中国的国际影响力,认为中国广大的内需市场具有拉动世界经济增长的能力,并指出中国对于新型国际关系的建构具有很大促进作用。海外学界从不同维度分析了中国对世界的影响,其研究的主基调是中国的巨大成功。他们高度肯定了中国在基础设施建设、科技发展、“一带一路”建设、脱贫攻坚等方面的巨大成就。需要注意的是,海外当代中国研究中不仅存在对中国发展的客观性肯定评价,还存在着误导性建构,但是误导性建构改变不了中国和平发展的事实,中国式现代化道路与中国所倡导的“人类命运共同体”的价值理念,将会被更多国家接受和认可。The development achievements of China have attracted global attention,with overseas scholars focusing on the development policies and impacts of contemporary China.Politically,overseas scholars have analyzed the significance of innovation and reform in China’s political system,studied the effectiveness of the government’s governance capacity construction,and examined the impact of China’s rural grassroots electoral system.Economically,overseas scholars have explored the process of China’s external economic development,analyzing the sustainability of China’s economic growth,studying the relationship between China’s endogenous economic development model and its peaceful development strategy,and analyzing China’s strengths and weaknesses in the process of globalization.From a social perspective,the overseas academic community has highly praised the progress and governance achievements of China’s social development,believing that China’s social governance has made significant achievements.In terms of international relations,the overseas academic community has highly affirmed China’s international influence,believing that China’s vast domestic market has the capacity to drive global economic growth,and has pointed out that China plays a significant role in the construction of a new type of international relations.Overseas academia analyzes the impact of China on the world from different dimensions,and the main tone of their research is the tremendous success of China.They highly affirm China’s great achievements in infrastructure construction,technological development,the Belt and Road Initiative,and poverty alleviation.It should be noted that in the overseas study of contemporary China,there is not only an objective affirmation of China’s development but also misleading constructions.However,misleading constructions cannot change the fact of China’s peaceful development.The Chinese path to modernization and the value concept of“community with a shared future for mankind”advocated by Ch
