摘 要:香椿是具有极高应用价值的优良资源植物。为了能够稳定保存优良香椿种质资源,本研究采用3种超低温保存方法处理香椿种子,通过发芽率和生理生化指标检测,对比了三种香椿种子低温保存方法的优劣。结果表明,经过冷冻后,香椿种子的超氧化物歧化酶活性和过氧化氢酶活性均升高,过氧化物酶活性和MDA含量均降低。但玻璃化冷冻对种子的发芽率和可溶性蛋白含量与对照组相比无显著差异,因此玻璃化冷冻法更适合香椿种子的超低温冷冻保存。Toona sinensis is an excellent resource plant with extremely high application value.In order to stabilize the preservation of excellent Toona sinensis germplasm resources,this study used three ultra-low temperature preservation methods to treat Toona sinensis seeds.The germination rate and physiological and biochemical indicators were tested to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the three low-temperature preservation methods for Toona sinensis seeds.The results showed that after freezing,the superoxide dismutase activity and catalase activity of Toona sinensis seeds increased,while the peroxidase activity and MDA content decreased.However,there was no significant difference in germination rate and soluble protein content between the vitrification freezing group and the control group,so vitrification freezing method is more suitable for ultra-low temperature freezing preservation of Toona sinensis seeds.
