摘　　要：随着中国人口进入深度老龄化阶段,存在抑郁焦虑症状的老年人不断增加,老年人的心理健康问题日益凸显。基于婚姻的内在保护机制、主客体互倚模型和社会支持理论形成的综合分析框架,立足2020年CHARLS (China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study)数据,从计量维度分析婚姻状况对老年人抑郁程度的影响,以及子代支持(情感支持和经济支持)在其中的中介作用。结果显示,夫妻共同居住的老年人婚姻比其他婚姻类型(因工作原因分居、分开未离异、离异和丧偶)的老年人抑郁程度更低,且存在夫妻间抑郁情绪高度相关的情况;同时,已婚同居的老年人会得到更多的子代支持(包括情感支持和经济支持),这些子代支持有助于降低其抑郁程度。以此,为实现稳步提升老年人健康水平,促进实现健康老龄化国家战略提出了证据为本的政策指向。As China enters the stage of profound aging,the number of elderly individuals experiencing symptoms of depression or anxiety continues to rise,highlighting the increasingly apparent psychological health issues among the elderly.Based on a comprehensive analytical framework formed by the inherent protective mechanisms of marriage,the actor-partner inter-dependency model,and social support theory,this study utilizes the 2020 China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS 2020)data to explore the impact of marital status on the level of depression in the elderly,as well as the mediating role of offspring support(emotional and economic support)within this context.The research reveals that elderly individuals in marriages where spouses live together exhibit lower levels of depression compared to other marital types(living apart due to work,living apart without divorce,divorced,and widowed).Furthermore,the depression of husbands and wives is highly correlated.Simultaneously,elderly individuals in married cohabitation receive more support from their offspring(including emotional and economic support),and this offspring support contributes to reducing their levels of depression.The findings of this study provide evidence-based policy implications for steadily improving the health of the elderly and promoting the realization of a healthy aging national strategy.
