摘 要:为探究山西北部宁武高山湖泊群不同类型湖泊中硅藻的多样性格局及其环境指示意义,该研究选取深水湖泊公海和浅水湖泊琵琶海,通过对比湖泊环境因子和硅藻群落多样性在时间和空间尺度上的差异性,探究了硅藻群落与环境因子的相关性。结果表明:①琵琶海较低的硅藻多样性指数主要对应其高的湖泊总氮浓度,因此总氮很可能是影响这两个湖泊硅藻多样性差异的原因。②公海2017年冰封期的硅藻多样性指数比2016年冰封期低且二者差异显著,对应其高的总磷和总氮浓度。显示硅藻多样性指数可作为湖泊环境质量评价的指标。③公海和琵琶海都存在辐纹琳达藻(Lindavia radiosa)和眼斑小环藻(Pantocsekiella ocellata),公海2017年冰封期总磷浓度高时辐纹琳达藻占据优势,而琵琶海2016年冰封期总氮浓度高时该物种占据优势,辐纹琳达藻或可作为湖泊环境质量评价的指示物种。④公海在夏季湖泊热分层时硅藻的多样性指数低于春秋季水体混合时期;琵琶海由于水浅在湖泊开放期一直处于混合状态,硅藻多样性指数的变化幅度小。该研究揭示了宁武高山湖泊群不同类型湖泊的硅藻季节性变化格局不同,在未来气候变暖和人为干扰增强的条件下,要特别关注浅水湖泊琵琶海夏季的环境质量并加强生态监测。In order to reveal the diatom diversity patterns and aquatic ecological environment of the different types of lakes in the Ningwu alpine lake group in northern Shanxi Province,lake diatom assemblage composition,diatom diversity indices and their relationship with their concomitant environmental factors in deep Lake Gonghai and shallow Lake Pipahai were analyzed.The results show that:(1)The lower diatom diversity index in Lake Pipahai corresponds primarily to its higher total nitrogen(TN)level,so TN is probably the dominant factor influencing the biodiversity of the two lakes.(2)Compared with the ice-covered period in 2016,the diatom diversity indices of Lake Gonghai in the frozen period of 2017 were significantly lower,corresponding to the higher total phosphorus(TP)and TN concentrations.The diatom diversity index can be used as an index for lake environmental quality assessment.(3)There are common diatom species,namely Lindavia radiosa and Pantocsekiella ocellata,in the two lakes.However,Lindavia radiosa flourished in Lake Gonghai when TP concentration was higher in the frozen period of 2017,whereas its relative abundance was higher when TN concentration was higher in the frozen period of 2016 in Lake Pipahai.The species may be used as an indicator species for lake environmental quality assessment.(4)During the summer thermal stratification period in Lake Gonghai,the diatom diversity index was lower than that during the spring and autumn mixing periods;whereas,Lake Pipahai was well mixed throughout the open-water period due to the shallow water depth,and the diatom diversity index has subtle fluctuations.This study reveals that the diatom seasonal patterns and ecological environmental changes differ in the different types of lakes in the Ningwu alpine lake group.To mitigate algal bloom in the circumstance of future climate warming and increased human disturbance,diatom seasonal patterns and ecological environmental changes differ in the different types of lakes in the Ningwu alpine lake group,and more attention
