摘 要:近年来,“慢就业”“缓就业”成为教育和就业领域的热点话题。根据科尔曼理性选择理论,青年群体的“慢就业”决策既受到松弛而为主动选择的推动,也受到无奈而为现实因素的制约。“慢就业”的产生既是青年权衡就业环境的现实选择,也是规避就业压力的保守选择;既是展望发展路径的长远选择,也是寻找自我认同的审慎选择。面对复杂的就业环境和就业压力,青年自身应当发挥主观能动性,提升实力,积极参与就业实践;国家、社会、高校等主体应担负起相应的责任,通过完善国家就业政策、增强社会就业引导、落实高校就业指导和帮扶工作等积极的就业政策和举措,引导青年群体顺利参与就业市场的实践之中。In recent years,terms such as“Slow employment”have become a hot topic in the field of education and employment.According to Coleman's theory of rational choice,young people's decision of“slow employment”is not only driven by their subjective choice of relaxation,but also restricted by the objective reality of helplessness."Slow employment"is a realistic choice made by young people after weighing the pros and cons of the employment environment,and a conservative choice to avoid employment pressure;It is a long-term choice to look forward to the development path and a cautious choice to seek self-identity.In the face of the complicated employment environment and the employment pressure,the youth should enhance their own strength and actively participate in employment practices;The state,society,and universities should take corresponding responsibilities and guide young people to smoothly enter the employment market by improving national employment policies,enhancing social employment guidance,providing guidance and assistance in universities.
