摘　　要：习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中首次提出“有序推进人民币国际化”,党的二十届三中全会进一步提出“稳慎扎实推进人民币国际化”的要求,这意味着人民币国际化迈入有序、稳慎扎实的新阶段。有序、稳慎扎实推进人民币国际化是中国推动经济全球化、实现高质量发展、高水平开放新格局的重要载体,是应对大国博弈加剧、汇率波动、地缘政治风险提升等更加严峻复杂的外部环境的需要。在美元霸权、路径依赖以及人民币国际循环路径未健全的客观现实下,推进人民币国际化要坚持服务实体经济、稳中求进的原则,要把握时间窗口、做好科学制度设计、路径选择以及宏观审慎管理。At the 20th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping,for the first time,proposed“advancing the internationalization of the RMB in an orderly manner”.The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee further emphasized on“steadily,prudently,and solidly advancing the internationalization of the RMB”,signifying that the internationalization of the RMB has entered a new phase characterized by orderliness,prudence,and solid progress.The orderly,prudent,and solid advancement of the internationalization of the RMB is an important carrier for China to promote economic globalization,achieve high-quality development,and establish a new pattern of high-level opening-up.It is also essential to cope with the increasingly severe and complex external environment,such as intensified rivalry between great powers,exchange rate fluctuations,and rising geopolitical risks.Under the objective reality of the hegemony of US dollar,path dependence,and the incomplete international circulation path of the RMB,advancing the internationalization of the RMB must adhere to the principle of serving the real economy and making progress while ensuring stability.It is necessary to grasp the time window,make scientific system design,select appropriate paths,and implement macro-prudential management.
