摘　　要：生成式人工智能作为引领和驱动新一轮技术革命和产业变革颠覆性发展的新兴技术,对意识形态传播机制与治理格局造成了根本性、全局性的影响,对党的意识形态领导能力提出了更高的要求。生成式人工智能赋能党的意识形态领导能力具有坚实的理论基础、深刻的历史经验和紧迫的现实需要。生成式人工智能挑战党的意识形态领导能力的发生机制,主要体现在“资本渗透”“信息茧房”“舆情危机”“话语困境”等数字风险冲击党的意识形态主导能力、引领能力与管控能力。应积极构建意识形态智能管控机制和协同引导机制,创新意识形态话语传播机制与运行保障机制,完善意识形态领导队伍培养机制,实现生成式人工智能对党的意识形态领导能力的高效赋能,开创党的意识形态治理的全新局面。As an emerging technology that leads and drives a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,generative artificial intelligence has had a fundamental and global impact on the ideological dissemination mechanism and governance pattern,and has put forward higher requirements for the Party's ideological leadership ability.Generative artificial intelligence empowers the ideological leadership ability of the Party with a solid theoretical foundation,profound historical experience,and urgent practical needs.The mechanism by which generative artificial intelligence challenges the Party's ideological leadership is mainly reflected in the impact of digital risks such as“capital infiltration”“information cocoons”“public opinion crises”and“discourse dilemmas”on the Party's ideological leadership,directional ability,and control capabilities.We should actively establish intelligent ideological control mechanisms and collaborative guidance mechanisms.We should innovate the dissemination mechanism and operational guarantee mechanism of ideological discourse,improve the training mechanism of ideological leadership team,achieve efficient empowerment of the Party's ideological leadership capability with generative artificial intelligence,and create a new way for the Party's ideological governance.
