广东人口高质量发展的战略向度

摘　　要：广东人口高质量发展的战略向度有四个方面:第一,在人与自我的关系维度,提出人的自由而全面发展的战略向度。具体体现在三个“高”,高水平落实德智体美劳全面发展育人方针、高品质满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要、高效率激发全体人民奋进新征程的精气神。第二,在人与他人的关系维度,提出长期均衡高质量发展的战略向度。具体体现在三个“推进”,推进人口结构合理优化、推进区域人口协调均衡、推进全体居民健康幸福。第三,在人与社会的关系维度,提出人产城深度融合发展的战略向度。具体体现在三个“完善”,完善以人为核心的城镇化,提升城市品格;完善支撑现代化发展的产业链,凝聚人心物力;完善超大城市的郊区新城功能,实现整体跃进。第四,在人与自然的关系维度,提出和谐共生可持续发展的战略向度。具体体现在三个“尊重”三个“坚持”,尊重自然演化规律,坚持顺应天地有序发展;尊重生命演绎规律,坚持率性养命有度发展;尊重环境演进规律,坚持自然绿色有节发展。There are four strategic dimensions for the high-quality development of population in Guangdong Province:Firstly,in the relationship dimension of human and self,the strategic dimension of free and comprehensive human development is proposed.It is embodied in the high-level implementation of the comprehensive development and education policy of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor,high-quality satisfaction of the growing needs of the people for a better life,and efficient stimulation of the spirit and energy of all people to embark on a new journey.Secondly,in the dimension of interpersonal relationships,we propose a strategic dimension of long-term balanced and high-quality development,which is embodied in promoting the rational optimization of the population structure,promoting the coordination and balance of regional population,and promoting the health and happiness of all residents.Thirdly,in the dimension of the relationship between people and society,we propose a strategic dimension for the deep integrated development of people,industry and city,which is embodied in improving humancentered urbanization and enhancing urban character,improving the industrial chain that supports the modernization development,gathering people and material resources,and improving the function of the suburban new city of the mega cities to achieve the overall leap forward.Fourthly,in the dimension of the relationship between man and nature,we propose a strategic dimension of harmonious coexistence and sustainable development,which is embodied in respecting the laws of natural evolution and adhering to the orderly development of heaven and earth,respecting the laws of life interpretation and adhering to the spontaneous development,respecting the laws of environmental evolution and adhering to the natural and sustainable development.
