甘蔗新品种云蔗10328的选育及其种性评价

摘　　要：云蔗10328是云南省农业科学院甘蔗研究所以Q151为母本、云瑞05-770为父本进行杂交,以甘蔗“五圃制”为选育程序,通过各级圃逐级淘汰筛选、区试试验综合评比分析,选育出的优良甘蔗新品种。云蔗10328出苗率高,宿根发株整齐,分蘖中等,中大茎,蔗茎均匀整齐,成茎率较高,脱叶性好;在云南省第15轮区试中,11月至次年3月平均蔗糖分15.65%,纤维分9.14%,一般栽培平均蔗产量122.73 t/hm^(2)。该品种云南抗黑穗病,高抗条纹花叶病,抗旱性强,在2021年7月获得植物新品种权。通过多点多年试验表明:云蔗10328是一个早熟、高产、高糖品种,其抗旱性和宿根性强,易脱叶、抗倒伏,适宜在云南省临沧、德宏、保山、红河等海拔900~1500m蔗区,中等以上肥力的水田、坝地和有灌溉条件的坡地、台地种植。该品种于2022年7月通过国家非主要农作物品种登记,登记编号为:GPD甘蔗(2022)530017。Yunzhe10328 is a new sugarcane variety bred by crossing Q151 as female parent and Yunrui05-770 as male parent in Sugarcane Research Institute of Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences.The new sugarcane variety‘Yunzhe10328'was bred by using‘five nursery system'as the breeding procedure,through the selection of nursery at all levels and the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of regional test.Yunzhe10328 has high seedling emergence rate,neat perennial roots,medium tillering,medium and large stems,uniform and neat sugarcane stems,high stem formation rate and good defoliation.In the fifteenth round of regional trial in Yunnan province,the average sucrose content was 15.65% and the fiber content was 9.14% from November to next March.The average sugarcane yield of general cultivation was 122.73 t/hm^(2).This variety is resistant to smut,high resistance to stripe mosaic disease and strong drought resistance in Yunnan.It was granted the new plant variety right in July 2021.Yunzhe10328 is an early maturing,high-yield and high-sugar variety.It has strong drought resistance,easy defoliation and strong ratooning.It is suitable for planting in the sugarcane areas of Lincang,Dehong,Baoshan and Honghe in Yunnan Province with an altitude of 900~1500 m,paddy fields and dam fields with medium or above fertility,slopes and terraces with irrigation conditions.This variety was registered as the national non-main crop variety in July 2022 with registration number GPD Sugarcane(2022) 530017.
