摘 要:本研究在自然环境中筛选到一株拮抗疥疮痂链霉菌的萎缩芽孢杆菌CY1,抑菌直径比为2.0。为探索CY1防治疥疮痂链霉菌的作用机理,提取可能存在的抑菌物质,观察CY1对疥疮痂链霉菌菌丝体形态及孢子产生的影响,考察CY1及疥疮痂链霉菌对马铃薯防御酶、株高根系及生防效果的影响。实验结果表明,CY1通过产生抑菌物质及诱导马铃薯防御酶的表达从而抑制致病菌生长,提高马铃薯抗病性。CY1能使疥疮痂链霉菌菌丝体明显畸变无法形成产孢隔膜,抑制孢子的产生。与染病组相比,添加拮抗菌组马铃薯在幼苗期时株高、根长和根须数分别提高148.5%、16.9%和30.1%,且这种生长优势一直持续至结薯期。盆栽结果显示CY1将疥疮痂链霉菌引起的疮痂病发病率由87.32%降低至60.77%,病情指数由58.89%降低至25%。萎缩芽孢杆菌CY1可促进种薯萌发和幼苗生长,并可提高马铃薯块茎中防御酶活力,对疥疮痂链霉菌引起的马铃薯疮痂病有良好的防治效果,具备应用和开发前景。A strain of Bacillus atrophaeus CY1 with an inhibition diameter ratio of 2.0 was screened for antagonism against Streptomyces scabies in the natural environment.To explore the mechanism of action of CY1 against S.scabies,possible inhibitory substances were extracted,and the effects of CY1 on mycelial morphology and spore production of S.scabies were observed.The effects of CY1 and S.scabies on potato defense enzymes,plant height root system and growth control were investigated.The experimental results showed that CY1 inhibited the growth of pathogenic bacteria and improved potato disease resistance by producing antibacterial substances and inducing overexpression of potato defense enzymes,and CY1 significantly distorted the mycelium of S.scabies,and prevented the formation of spore-producing septa and inhibited spore production.The plant height,root length and whisker number were increased by 148.5%,16.9% and 30.1%,respectively,at the seedling stage compared with the diseased group,and this growth advantage persisted until the potato setting stage.Potting results showed that CY1 reduced the incidence of scab caused by S.scabies from 87.32% to 60.77%,and the disease index from 58.89% to 25%.B.atrophaeus CY1 can promote seed potato germination and seedling growth,moreover,the strain CY1 can improve the activity of defense enzymes in potato tubers,and has a good effect on the control of potato scab caused by Streptomyces scabies,which are promising for application and development.
