摘 要:采用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和力学拉伸试验等方法研究Sr元素对压铸A360合金的组织及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,在压铸工艺一致的情况下,不含Sr的A360铝合金强度塑性力学性能数据显著低于含Sr的A360合金。通过相图热力学计算结合微观组织观察,发现含Sr铝合金不仅具有良好的变质效果,与此同时初生α-Al的尺寸明显减小。研究结果表明,Sr对共晶Si的变质效果以及初生α-Al的细化作用是形成含Sr铝合金优异力学性能的主要原因,为工业生产的成分调整提供了理论基础。The effects of Sr addition on microstructure and mechanical properties of die-cast A360 alloy were investigated by optical microscopy,scanning electron microscope and tensile tests.The results show that the mechanical properties of A360 aluminum alloy without Sr addition was deteriorated than that of alloy with Sr addition under the same die-casting process.Thermodynamic calculations and microstructure observation reveal that the Sr-containing A360 alloy has a good modification effect of eutectic Si,meanwhile,the grain size of α-Al is significantly reduced.This paper argues that the modification effect of Sr on eutectic Si and the refinement of primary α-Al are the main reasons for the excellent mechanical properties of Sr-containing aluminum alloys,which provides a theoretical basis for the composition adjustment in industrial production.
