基于CiteSpace的我国护理分级研究热点可视化分析

摘　　要：目的 分析我国护理分级的发展现状、研究热点及未来发展趋势,为进一步研究和发展提供理论借鉴。方法 以中国知网、万方医学网、维普中文期刊全文数据库为来源,检索建库至2024年5月3日护理分级领域相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件对发文量、作者、关键词进行可视化分析。结果 共检索到文献1 149篇,年发文量整体呈增长态势;作者合作网络图谱以柏亚妹团队为主要代表;我国护理分级研究热点领域主要集中在分级依据的细化、护理服务对象的个性化分级、护理分级的创新等方面;机器学习、心理护理与护理分级的结合是未来的研究趋势。结论 近年来护理分级日益受到护理管理者及研究人员重视,研究者应抓住发展机遇,加强学科与机构间合作交流,扩展该领域研究的丰度,提升护理分级研究的创新性与深度。Objective To analyze the current development status,research hotspots and future development trends of patient classification system in China,so as to provide theoretical references for further research and development.Method By used China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Medical Network,and VIP Chinese Journal Full text Database as sources,search for relevant literature in the field of nursing grading from the establishment of the database until May 3,2024,and used CiteSpace software to visually analyzed the publication volume,authors and keywords of the literature.Results A total of 1149 articles were retrieved,and the overall annual publication volume showed an increasing trend.The author's collaborative network graph was mainly represented by the BAI Yamei's team.The hotspot areas of nursing grading research in China mainly focued on the refinement of grading criteria,personalized grading of nursing service recipients,and innovation in patient classification system.The combination of machine learning,psychological care and nursing grading were the future research trend.Conclusion These findings offer a vigorous roadmap for further studies in this field.Researchers are suggested to promote inter-institutional cooperation and exchanges in order to enhance the quality of articles in terms of innovation and depth.
