摘 要:采用超高效液相色谱串联四级杆飞行时间质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS)技术对灰茅根中化学成分进行定性分析。采用Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C 18色谱柱,以0.1%甲酸水-乙腈为流动相设置梯度洗脱,流速为0.3 mL/min。质谱检测后得到多个不同的化合物,比较提取物中分子量和碎片分子量,并借助数据库搜索。共鉴定出41个化合物,其中萜类10个,苯丙素类9个,黄酮类5个,醌类2个,有机酸4个,生物碱2个和其他类7个。利用此法能有效、快速地检测出灰茅根中的化学成分,为中药材来源的先导化合物的开发提供理论指导。UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS was used to qualitatively analyze the chemical components of root Pennisetum.The chromatographic column was Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C 18,with a gradient elution of 0.1%formic acid water-acetonitrile as the mobile phase and the flow rate was 0.3 mL/min.Several compounds were identified using mass spectrometry,and the molecular weights of the extracts and fragments were compared by searching against a database.A total of 41 chemical compounds were identified,including 10 terpenes,9 phenylpropanoids,5 flavonoids,2 quinones,4 organic acids,2 alkaloids and 7 others.This method can effectively and quickly detect the chemical constituents in roots of Pennisetum,and provide theoretical guidance for the development of lead compounds from Chinese medicinal materials.
