水性聚氨酯的合成及其结构生色织物的封装保护应用

摘　　要：为了提高光子晶体结构生色织物的结构稳定性,设计制备了一系列结构的聚碳酸酯型水性聚氨酯,并将其作为光子晶体结构生色织物的封装保护层以提高其结构稳定性。结果表明:亲水扩链剂含量对水性聚氨酯膜的亲疏水性影响较大;硬段含量对耐磨抗刮性能的影响最为显著。当R值为1.2,硬段质量分数为40%,亲水扩链剂质量分数为5%,所合成的聚碳酸酯型水性聚氨酯具有优异的柔韧性和耐磨抗刮性能。封装后的光子晶体结构生色织物具有鲜艳、明亮的结构色效果,且在多达40000次摩擦后仍无明显磨损,结构稳定性优异。In order to improve the structural stability of the photonic crystal structurally colored fabric,a series of polycarbonate-based waterborne polyurethane are designed and prepared in this study,and are used as the encapsulation layer to improve the structural stability of the photonic crystal structurally colored fabric.The re⁃sults show that the hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties of waterborne polyurethane films are greatly affect⁃ed by the change of the content of hydrophilic chain extender.The influence of hard segment content on abra⁃sion resistance and scratch resistance is most significant.When the R value is 1.2,the hard segment content is 40%,and the hydrophilic chain extender is 5%,the synthesized polycarbonate-based waterborne polyurethane has excellent flexibility,abrasion resistance and scratch resistance.The packaged photonic crystal structurally colored fabric has a bright and vivid structure color effect,and no obvious abrasion after up to 40000 times of friction,and has excellent structural stability.
