摘  要:以废旧涤纶的醇解产物为原料,得到对苯二甲酸双羟乙酯,并基于此聚合得到水性聚氨酯高分子染料。采用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、2,2-双羟甲基丙酸、1,4-丁二醇、1,4-二羟基蒽醌、三乙胺制备水性聚氨酯高分子染料分散液,并考察其黏度、表面张力、热稳定性,以及织物的染色性能和耐摩擦色牢度。结果表明:当1,4-二羟基蒽醌与1,4-丁二醇的质量比为3∶7时,水性聚氨酯高分子染料具有良好的染色性能和较高的耐摩擦色牢度。The alcohol hydrolysate of waste polyester is used as raw material to obtain dihydroxyethyl tere⁃phthalate,and based on this,waterborne polyurethane-based polymeric dye is obtained by polymerization.The waterborne polyurethane-based polymeric dye dispersion is prepared by isophorone diisocyanate,2,2-di⁃hydroxymethylpropionic acid,1,4-butanediol,1,4-dihydroxyanthraquinone,and triethylamine.The viscosity,sur⁃face tension,thermal stability of dyes,as well as dyeing performance and color fastness to rubbing of the fab⁃ric are investigated.The results show that when the mass ratio of 1,4-dihydroxyanthraquinone to 1,4-butanedi⁃ol is 3∶7,the polyester dyeings have good dyeing performance and high color fastness to rubbing.
