环保载体对芳纶1313结构与性能的影响

摘  要:采用自制环保载体对芳纶1313进行处理,可增加纤维表面粗糙程度,使亲水性增大,Tg下降12℃,但对芳纶1313的热稳定性、结晶度以及化学结构无明显影响。添加载体的芳纶1313针织物用阳离子染料和分散染料染色,上染率和K/S值大幅提升,染色后织物的耐水洗和耐摩擦色牢度较好,且阳离子染料载体染色效果优于分散染料载体染色。Treating aramid 1313 with a self-made eco-friendly carrier can increase the roughness of the fiber surface,making it more hydrophilic,resulting in a 12℃decrease in Tg.However,it has no significant impact on the thermal stability,crystallinity,or chemical structure of aramid 1313.After cationic and disperse carrier dye⁃ing,the dye uptake and K/S value of aramid 1313 knitted fabrics are greatly improved and the color fastnesses to washing and rubbing of dyed fabrics are excellent.Moreover,the dyeing effect of cationic carrier dyeing is better than that of disperse carrier dyeing.
