高亮反光织物用水性聚氨酯胶黏剂的应用性能

摘　　要：反光织物因能提供警示作用,在交通道路、户外运动、包装等领域被广泛应用。胶黏剂对反光织物性能影响较大。分别以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)为硬段和软段,制备水性聚氨酯(WPU)胶黏剂,并用于制备高亮反光织物。结果表明,当—NCO/—OH物质的量之比为1.5、亲水扩链剂和三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)质量分数分别为6.0%和1.0%时,制得的WPU胶黏剂稳定性和力学性能较好。制备高亮反光织物时加入KH560硅烷偶联剂,可提高WPU胶黏剂对玻璃微珠的黏接性能,提升反光织物的耐水性能,并可显著降低逆反射系数的变化率。当WPU胶黏剂中添加10.0%铝银浆、15.5%固化剂、5%KH560时,制得的反光织物在碱性环境下经5次水洗后,逆反射系数仍可达157.2 cd/(lx·m^(2)),具有较好的耐水洗性能。Reflective fabrics are widely used in transportation,outdoor sports,packaging and other fields due to their ability to provide warning functions.Adhesive has a significant impact on the performance of reflective fabrics.Water-based polyurethane(WPU)adhesive is prepared by using isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)and polycarbonate diol(PCDL)as hard and soft segments,respectively,and is applied to preparation of high-gloss reflective fabrics.The results show that when the molar ratio of—NCO/—OH is 1.5 and the concentrations of hydrophilic chain extender and trimetholpropane(TMP)are 6.0%and 1.0%,respectively,the stability and me⁃chanical properties of the WPU adhesive are good.The addition of silane coupling agent KH560 can improve the adhesion performance of WPU adhesive to glass microbeads,therefore the washability of the reflective fab⁃ric can be enhanced,and the change rate of the retroreflective coefficient can be significantly reduced.When 10.0%of aluminum silver paste,15.5%of curing agent and 5%of KH560 are added to WPU adhesive,the ret⁃roreflective coefficient can still reach 157.2 cd/(lx·m^(2))after 5 times washing in alkaline condition,which shows good washability.
