摘　　要：针对涤纶纤维染料上染率低、织物染深性较差的问题,以聚丙烯酸异辛酯(PEHA)作为Pickering粒子,协同低剂量乳化剂制备Pickering有机硅乳液,考察了乳化剂及粒子用量对有机硅乳液稳定性的影响,并将有机硅乳液用于涤纶织物增深整理。结果表明:体系中加入Pickering粒子时,乳化剂用量较常规可降低50%。有机硅丙烯酸酯增深剂对黑色涤纶织物的最佳整理工艺为:增深剂质量浓度40 g/L,渗透剂质量浓度1.0 g/L,抗静电剂质量浓度4 g/L,此时织物增深度达53.0%,抗静电等级为B级。浸轧整理织物时,与仅用乳化剂稳定的硅油乳液相比,Pickering粒子协同乳化的硅油乳液整理后工作液COD值降低50%。In order to solve the problems of low dyeing rate and poor dyeing depth of polyester fibers,the Pick⁃ering silicone emulsion is prepared by using polyisooctyl acrylate(PEHA)as Pickering particle in combination with low dosage surfactant.The effects of the emulsifier and Pickering particle dosages on the stability of sili⁃cone emulsion are investigated,and the silicone emulsion is used for the shade deepening finishing of polyes⁃ter fabrics.The results show that when Pickering particles are added to the system,the emulsifier dosage can be reduced by 50%compared with the conventional dosage.The optimal finishing process of silicone acrylate deepening agent for black polyester fabric is deepening agent of 40 g/L,the penetrant of 1.0 g/L,and the anti⁃static agent of 4 g/L.The depth of the fabric after finishing is 53.0%,and the antistatic property is Grade B.Com⁃pared with silicone oil emulsion stabilized only with emulsifier,the COD value of the working liquor after finish⁃ing fabric with Pickering particles emulsified silicone oil emulsion decreases by 50%.
