摘　　要：在数字中国、中国式现代化进程背景下,促进中国经济高质量发展需要将着力点放在数字经济上。数字经济的定义随技术发展状况而不断演进,但分层定义的思想得到普遍接受,同时须厘清数字技术、数字产业与数字经济的关系。前瞻数字技术不等于数字产业,但可引导和支持某个数字产业诞生、成长和成熟。广义数字经济的内涵,包括数据成为驱动数字经济发展的关键生产要素、数字技术和算法创新是数字经济的核心驱动力、数字经济以数字产业为核心提高资源配置效率和附加价值等。数字经济与国际大都市发展之间具有相互促进的关系。数字经济的发展为国际大都市带来了新的经济增长点和创新动力,同时也为城市的可持续发展提供了有力支持;而国际大都市在数字经济发展中的环境优势也为后者提供了广阔的发展空间。In the context of digital development of China and the process of Chinese path to modernization,promoting the high-quality development of China's economy requires focusing on the digital economy.The definition of digital economy evolves with the the development of technology,but the idea of layered definition is generally accepted,and the relationship between digital technology,digital industry and digital economy must be clarified.Forward-looking digital technology is not equal to digital industry,but it can guide and support the birth,growth and maturity of a certain digital industry.The connotation of the digital economy includes that data has become the key production factor driving the development of the digital economy,digital technology and algorithmic innovation is the core driving force of the digital economy,and the digital economy takes the digital industry as the core to improve the efficiency of resource allocation and added value.There is a mutually reinforcing relationship between digital economy and the development of international metropolis.The development of digital economy brings new economic growth points and innovation power to international metropolises,and also provides strong support for the sustainable development of cities.The environmental advantages of the international metropolis in the development of digital economy also provide the latter with a broad development space.
