摘  要:国有企业人事培训可以帮助员工提升专业知识、技能和综合素质,强化创新能力、协作能力和解决问题的能力,从而提高工作效率和质量,增强企业核心竞争力。但目前国有企业人事培训工作仍面临员工参与动力不强、培训体系不健全等问题,需要不断优化和完善。部分企业对培训工作的重视程度不够,培训投入相对不足,培训计划和内容缺乏针对性和实效性;培训方式和方法较为单一,不能满足员工多样化、个性化的学习需求,师资队伍的整体素质和能力也有待提高。提高国有企业人事培训质量,应着眼于提升员工素质,明确培训目标,完善培训体系,创新培训方式,为企业的发展提供强有力的人才支持和智力保障。Personnel training in state-owned enterprises can help employees improve their professional knowledge,skills,and overall quality,enhance their innovation,collaboration,and problem-solving abilities,thus improving the work efficiency and quality,and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.However,at present,the personnel training work of state-owned enterprises still faces problems such as weak participation motivation and incomplete training system,which need to be continuously optimized and improved.Some enterprises do not attach enough importance to training work,their investment in training is relatively insufficient,the training plan and content lack specificity and effectiveness,the training methods and approaches are relatively single and cannot meet the diverse and personalized learning needs of employees,and the overall quality and ability of the teaching staff also need to be improved.To improve the quality of personnel training in state-owned enterprises,we should focus on enhancing employee quality,clarifying training objectives,improving training systems,innovating training methods,and providing strong talent support and intellectual support for the development of enterprises.
