摘　　要：新质生产力是以科技创新为核心驱动,以战略性新兴产业和未来产业等“新业态”为主要场域,推动实现高质量发展和中国式现代化的生产力。人才是新质生产力的重要智力来源,而高校就业指导工作是人才培养的重要环节,二者在现实和理论上具有耦合性。通过服务于新质生产力的战略创新,高校就业指导体系应培育符合时代需求的就业观念,培训适应新质生产力的就业竞争力,构建可持续发展的就业生态,推动大学生充分就业。New quality productive forces is the productivity that takes scientific and technological innovation as the core drive,takes strategic emerging industries and future industries as the main field,and promotes high-quality development and Chinese path to modernization.Talents are an important source of intelligence for new quality productive forces,and employment guidance in colleges and universities is an important part of talent cultivation.The two are coupled in reality and theory.Through strategic innovation serving the new quality productive forces,the employment guidance system of colleges and universities should cultivate employment concepts that meet the needs of the times,train employment competitiveness that adapts to the new quality productive forces,build a sustainable employment ecology,and promote full employment for college and university students.
