摘  要:福清核电厂1、2号机组6台核岛冷水机组(DEG冷水机组)自调试以来,每年在冬季低环境温度条件下,常触发蒸发压力低报警或故障停机,设备可靠性得不到保障,严重影响设备的正常运行。针对DEG冷水机组频繁发生蒸发压力低的缺陷,本文从整个冷水机组运行情况入手,分析了可能产生冷水机组蒸发压力低的所有原因,逐一排查分析,最终确认发生报警的根本原因,通过试验验证,提出了低负荷期间蒸发压力低解决方法,提高了设备运行的稳定性和可靠性,有效降低了DEG冷水机组的报警率。Since the commissioning of containment chillers of Unit 1&2 of Fuqing NPP(DEG chillers),the low evaporation pressure alarm or outage due to fault were triggered frequently every year under the condition of low ambient temperature in winter.The reliability of the equipment was not guaranteed.The normal operation of equipment was affected seriously.For the defect of low evaporation pressure frequently occurred in DEG water chillers,this article analyzes all possible reasons of low evaporation pressure,starting from the operation of the whole chiller.Through checking and analyzing one by one,the root cause for the alarm was determined.Via test verification,the solution of low evaporation pressure during low load was put forward,the stability and reliability of equipment operation were improved,and the DEG chiller alarm rate was effectively reduced.
