摘 要:冷冻机是核电厂冷源供应的重要设备,为研究和改进冷冻机导叶的控制策略,结合冷冻机的控制程序和现场实际进行了深入研究;使用Simulink仿真工具分析了导叶的全行程时间、导叶开度控制死区、导叶机械性能的控制特性和对系统的影响。经过分析发现导叶的运动时间的增加不利于系统稳定,故冷机启动、负荷变化剧烈等导叶开度变化大的工况下,容易出现系统不稳定,可通过改进运行方式和优化全行程时间来避免冷冻机跳机;合理设置导叶开度控制死区有利于减小系统超调,从而降低启动阶段电流过高的概率,但需要关注系统稳态波动幅度的变化。导叶未全关的检测和导叶行程完整是系统调节快速稳定的重要保证,若冷冻机出口温度波动大可能与压缩机出力受限、导叶行程减小等因素有关。The refrigerator is an important equipment for the supply of cold sources in nuclear power plants,and in order to study and improve the control strategy of the freezer guide vane,the control procedure of the freezer and the actual situation of the freezer have been studied in depth.Simulink simulation tools were used to analyze the full travel time of the guide vane,the dead zone of the guide vane opening control,the control characteristics of the mechanical properties of the guide vane and the influence on the system.After analysis,it is found that the increase of the motion time of the guide vane is not conducive to the stability of the system,so under the working conditions of large changes in the opening of the guide vane,such as cold machine start-up and severe load change,the system instability is prone to occur,and the operation mode and the full stroke time can be optimized to avoid the freezer jumping;reasonable setting of the guide vane opening control dead zone is conducive to reducing the system overshoot,thereby reducing the probability of excessive current in the start-up stage,but it is necessary to pay attention to the change of the steady-state fluctuation amplitude of the system.The detection of the guide vane is not fully closed and the guide vane stroke is an important guarantee for the rapid and stable adjustment of the system,if the temperature fluctuation of the freezer outlet is large,it may be related to factors such as limited compressor output and reduced guide vane stroke.
