摘  要:随着核电事业的发展,核电汽轮机作为一种重要的动力设备,其运行安全和经济性得到了越来越多的关注。叶片作为汽轮机的核心部件,其运行状态直接影响到整个设备的性能。因此,对核电汽轮机叶片在线监测,实现对叶片的实时诊断和预测,对于提高汽轮机运行安全性和经济性具有重要意义。本文对汽轮机末级叶片的振动特征进行了分析,介绍了叶片在线监测技术的方法,并结合实际数据进行了分析,为汽轮机叶片的在线监测提供了理论依据和实用建议。With the development of nuclear power industry,nuclear power turbine,as an important power equipment,has received increasing attention for its operational safety and economy.As the core component of a steam turbine,the operating status of turbine blades directly affects the performance of the entire equipment.Therefore,online monitoring of nuclear power turbine blades,and real-time diagnosis and prediction of blades,is of great significance for improving the safety and economy of turbine operation.This article analyzes the vibration characteristics of the last stage blades of steam turbines,introduces the methods of online monitoring of blades,and analyzes them based on actual data,providing theoretical basis and practical suggestions for online monitoring of steam turbine blades.
