摘 要:反应堆功率控制系统通过提升或下插控制棒实现反应堆核功率的控制。反应堆功率控制系统与控制棒之间接口匹配性直接决定控制棒提降棒功能可否正常实现,进而影响核电机组正常运行及核安全。某核电厂反应堆功率控制系统通过步进电机控制模块向步进电机驱动器发出组合控制指令,使得步进电机正转或者反转,带动控制棒上提或者下插。描述调试期间步进电机控制模块与步进电机驱动器转动、转向和脉冲三个信号回路接口不匹配现象,分析问题产生的原因,提出增加转动信号软闸门、步进电机驱动器降频细分、核功率控制器输出设置低频死区、改变步进电机驱动器转向设置等解决方案,保证了控制棒远程提/降棒功能的正常实现,为后续核电机组类似问题提供参考与借鉴。The reactor power control system realizes the control of reactor nuclear power by lifting or inserting control rods.The interface matching between the reactor power control system and the control rod directly determines whether the control rod lifting and lowering function can be realized normally,and then affects the normal operation of the unit and nuclear safety.The reactor power control system of a nuclear power plant sends combined control commands to the stepper motor driver through the stepper motor control module:including rotation signal,turn signal and pulse signal,which makes the stepper motor rotate forward or reverse,and drives the control rod to lift or lower.The mismatch phenomenon about the three signal circuit interfaces between the stepper motor control module andthe stepper motor driver was described in the paper.The causes of the problems was analyzed.The solutions were puted forward,such as adding the soft gate of rotation signal,frequency reduction and subdivision of the stepper motor driver,setting low-frequency dead zone for nuclear power PID output,changing the steering setting of stepper motor driver,etc.Thefunction of remote lifting and lowering of control rods is ensured.Some references for similar problems are provided for other nuclear power units.
