摘  要:为满足密封性能要求,阀芯-阀体偶件的密封锥面常采用配研工艺进行加工。而目前对配研工艺参数对表面质量的影响规律尚无清晰认识,配研工艺参数的选取更多依赖于工人经验与手感。对38CrSi高强度钢阀芯-阀体偶件密封锥面的配研加工开展研究,明确研磨膏磨粒粒度、研磨速度与研磨时间3个重要因素对配研加工表面质量的影响规律,为优化配研工艺参数及实现自动化配研工艺提供参考。To meet the sealing performance requirements,the sealing cone surface of the valve core-valve body coupling is often processed through matching technology.However,there is no clear understanding of the impact of matching process parameters on surface quality at present and the selection of matching process parameters is more dependent on the experience and subjective feel of the workers.The matching process of the sealing cone surface of the 38CrSi high-strength steel valve core-valve body coupling is studied and the influence of three important factors,namely particle size of grinding paste,grinding speed,and grinding time,on the surface quality of matching process are clarified,which provided a reference for the optimization of the matching process and the realization of automatic matching process。
