摘 要:考虑到多道搭接熔覆过程中涉及多个相互制约、相互影响的参数,对熔覆质量具有重要影响。为提高优化效率,提出一种高效的代理模型辅助优化算法——IKrJaya优化算法,从而实现激光熔覆多道搭接工艺参数的优化。首先,构建基于约束加点的Kriging模型,用以描述多道搭接激光熔覆工艺参数与熔覆质量之间的关系。该模型主要包含3个核心约束条件,即样本筛选法则、区域差异性度量和差异聚焦加点法则,来实现对Kriging模型的高效更新。其次,提出了一种改进的多目标Jaya(improved multi-objective Jaya,IMOJaya)优化算法,利用混合分布的随机数和自适应更新策略优化个体位置的更新过程,从而解决Jaya算法在探索能力上的局限性。最后,将基于约束加点的Kriging模型和IMOJaya算法集成,提出能够实现高效优化的IKrJaya算法,充分利用其在复杂模型模拟和全局搜索方面的优势来优化多个目标。仿真与试验验证了IKrJaya算法在激光熔覆工艺参数优化方面的有效性和优越性。Considering that the multi-track overlapping cladding process involves multiple parameters that restrict and influence each other,it has an important influence on the cladding quality.To improve the optimization efficiency,an efficient surrogate model-assisted optimization algorithm,IKrJaya optimization algorithm is proposed to optimize the process parameters of laser cladding multi-pass lap.Firstly,a Kriging model based on constrained point addition is constructed to describe the relationship between multi-track laser cladding process parameters and cladding quality.The model mainly includes three core constraints,namely,sample screening rule,regional difference measurement and difference focusing plus point rule to achieve an efficient update of the Kriging model.Secondly,an improved multi-objective Jaya(IMOJaya)optimization algorithm is proposed,which uses the mixed distributed random number and adaptive update strategy to optimize the update process of individual positions,so as to solve the limitation of the Jaya algorithm in exploration ability.Finally,by integrating the Kriging model based on constraint adding points and the IMOJaya algorithm,the IKrJaya algorithm is proposed to achieve efficient optimization,which makes full use of its advantages in complex model simulation and global search to optimize multiple objectives.The simulation and experiment demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of the IKrJaya algorithm in the optimization of laser cladding process parameters.
