摘 要:尖晶石透明陶瓷是一种应用广泛的透明材料。通过放电等离子烧结技术制备了(Mg_(1-x)Zn_(x))Al_(2)O_(4)透明陶瓷,研究了Zn^(2+)含量对其微观结构、致密化、透光率及硬度的影响。在(Mg_(1-x)Zn_(x))Al_(2)O_(4)透明陶瓷中,随着Zn^(2+)含量的增加,陶瓷的致密度变化并不明显,在x=0.8时致密度约为99.31%;Zn^(2+)对陶瓷的光学透过率有显著的提升作用,在x=0.8时,陶瓷在620~6220 nm波长范围内透过率均优于80%,且陶瓷的红外起始衰减波长发生红移;(Mg,Zn)Al_(2)O_(4)透明陶瓷的硬度整体优于MgAl_(2)O_(4),在x=0.8时,硬度达到(13.53±0.24)GPa,比MgAl_(2)O_(4)提高了约9%;(Mg,Zn)Al_(2)O_(4)透明陶瓷的断裂韧性随Zn^(2+)离子的增加逐渐降低。Zn^(2+)离子的加入能提高MgAl_(2)O_(4)尖晶石透明陶瓷透过率与硬度。Spinel transparent ceramics is a kind of transparent material widely used.Spark plasma sintering was used to produce the(Mg_(1-x)Zn_(x))Al_(2)O_(4)transparent ceramics,and the effects of Zn^(2+)content on microstructure,densification,light transmission,and hardness were researched.In(Mg_(1-x)Zn_(x))Al_(2)O_(4)transparent ceramics,the density of the material does not vary significantly with the addition of Zn^(2+),remaining at roughly 99.31%at x=0.8.Zn^(2+)has a significant effect on the optical transmittance of ceramics.At x=0.8,the ceramics has rates of transmission that are greater than 80%in the 620-6220 nm wavelength range.The beginning attenuation wavelength of the ceramic infrared is redshifted.Transparent ceramics made of(Mg,Zn)Al_(2)O_(4)has a higher overall hardness than MgAl_(2)O_(4).The hardness increases to(13.53±0.24)GPa at x=0.8,which is nearly 9%greater than the hardness of MgAl_(2)O_(4).Transparent ceramics made of(Mg,Zn)Al_(2)O_(4)gradually decrease fracture toughness as Zn^(2+)is added.The addition of Zn^(2+)ions can improve the transparency and hardness of MgAl_(2)O_(4)spinel transparent ceramics.
