摘 要:为提高我国农村能源综合利用率、降低碳排放量及缓解农村苦咸水问题,文章提出了一种由固体氧化物燃料电池/燃气轮机(SOFC/GT)混合发电子系统、热压缩多效蒸馏子系统、吸收式制冷子系统和供热子系统组成的新型多联供系统,该系统可同时产出冷、热、电和淡水;通过建立该系统的数学模型,开展了热力性能研究,分析了固体氧化物燃料电池压力、空气流率和蒸汽热压缩器压缩比等关键参数对系统性能的影响。结果表明:在设计工况下,新型多联供系统的净发电功率为260.60 kW、制冷量为17.58 kW、生活热水供热量为6.30 kW、CO_(2)减排量为3.64 kg/h、淡水产量为541.10 kg/h、净发电效率为65.06%,其综合能源利用率为71.02%;增大SOFC压力或降低空气流率均可提高系统的净发电功率和CO_(2)减排量;随SOFC压力或空气流率的增大,系统的制冷量和综合能源利用率随之增大,但淡水产量随之降低;造水比和淡水产量会随蒸汽热压缩器压缩比的增大而降低。In order to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of energy,reduce carbon emissions,and alleviate the problem of brackish water in rural areas in China,a novel multi-generation system composed of a Solid Oxide Fuel Cell/Gas Turbine(SOFC/GT)hybrid power generation subsystem,a multi-effect distillation subsystem with Thermal Vapor Compression(MED-TVC),an absorption refrigeration subsystem and a heating subsystem is proposed.The system can simultaneously produce cooling,heating,electricity and fresh water.By establishing the mathematical model of the system,the thermodynamic performance of the system was studied,and the effects of key parameters such as pressure of SOFC,air flow rate and compression ratio of the thermal vapor compressor on the system performance were analyzed.The research results show that under the design conditions,the net power generation of the novel multi-generation system is 260.60 kW;the cooling capacity is 17.58 kW;domestic hot water heating capacity is 6.30 kW,and the CO_(2)emission reduction is 3.64 kg/h;the fresh water output is 541.10 kg/h;the net power generation efficiency of this system is 65.06%,and the comprehensive energy utilization rate is 71.02%.Increasing the SOFC pressure or reducing the air flow rate can increase the net power generation and CO_(2)emission reduction of the system.With the increase of SOFC pressure or air flow rate,the cooling capacity and comprehensive energy utilization rate of the system increase,but the fresh water output decreases.The water production ratio and fresh water output decrease with the increase of compression ratio of the thermal vapor compressor.
